To Break Or Not To Break ?
I've got a good conditioned 1999 uk turbo 2000 that the engine has blown on and I can't decide if it will be better money wise to put another engine back in which I already have that has 60,000 miles on it and then get it back in the road or just break it all for spares ?
It's a great motor but I have another one so wouldn't be too upset to see it broken up if the money is there to do so ?
Thanks

Maybe just get it back on the road then and sell it, got to be worth £1500-£2000 with new mot & tax surely ? It's got a cat 1 alarm & immobiliser with keyless entry, ss exhaust system with uneven headers and lots of other bits I can't be arsed to list lol

Similar place with one of mine mate, issue is a engine rebuilt is going to cost £1500 for a decent job, unless your handy with the spanners, a donor engine is your best bet but you never really know what your buying, I put mine into storage till I decide
