Hi Daz,
I'm guessing this is due to rust? I'm not sure on the availability of new sills, usually this is more a case of cutting of the bad metal and welding a plate/s in, which is the simplest way given that your car has sill covers so the repair is not on show anyway. Have your sills completely had it?

Yes rusty..
I intend on keeping the car for as long as I can I've had it 6 years now and it's time to start body work repairs..
I know I could just patch it up and been a welder by trade it would be an easy job for me but I don't want to be doing another hole down the line hence I would like to change the full sill if poss..
Cheers
