Is it based in rugby ? At £7295 and listed as mint condition ?

I've seen this car and test drove it , I'd stay away tbh , few issues listed below and certainly not a mint car

Drivers seat bolster very worn
Carpets really dirty/stained
Rust on tailgate under the spoiler fixings (quite bad)
Paint repair to drivers door and it's complete different colour
Alloys very tatty
Bonnet scoop painted in past and different colour
Exhaust blowing
Clutch bite point very high
Engine looks like it's never been touched (absolutely filthy )

On test drive the car felt very under power for a ppp , everything rattled and generally felt like a car that has had a hard life , I viewed it in the poring rain and still pulled it too bits

It's one of 7 or 8 cars I've viewed in the last 6 months and I'm still looking , I'm very fussy but tbh this car is one of the worse I've viewed yet

Don't be fooled by the advert

Thanks Jay. Saved me a massive 6 hrs round trip for nothing. I've looked into the ppp and there was no certificate or proof. But was willing to put that aside for a supposedly clean sti.
If your still looking there looks a nice one in Cardiff williams motors.
Unfortunately he won't part x my mazda. I've only seen it on website tho.
Cheers for reply

Yeah I forgot about that , there's no proof and tbh I doubt there's ppp fitted , I didn't look into it to much as there was plenty of other bits wrong and it was pissing it down , Ive looked at some terrible cars , it's very hard to find a truly mint blob now , although as pointed out above I'm very very fussy

Do you have a link to the one in Cardiff ??

Thanks

MJE, have a word to cannon fodder, we were at the local SWS meet and a chap turned up and handed out an advert for his car that he wanted to sell.

I know of a very low mileage as in 13,000 miles from new 2003 Blobeye STi Type UK.

It is totally standard and has every service stamp due on age and definitely not mileage, in fact I am sure it has had two timing belt changes based on servicing requirements.

I can pass on the details of the owner via PM, I do not know the owner but met him recently and I am certainly not out to make a buck out of it either.

I really don't think you will find a better example, and it's certainly worth a premium over some of the 'mint' cars that appear on here.

I'm a bit fussy with my cars.
I wanted to part x my Mazda but as their are similarly priced to most blob sti's it's difficult.
Was offered 7000 by we buy any car so I'd imagine its worth a few hundred more at moment.
But as jay says. It's difficult to find a clean sti PPP.
Wish I could sell Mazda and go cash but need it for work.
Would need to find one. Deposit and sell Mazda via we buy any car. Lots of Agro.
Below is my Mazda

I think that the seller would accept offers in the region of £9000 which given the condition, FSH and originality would seem to be a real bargain.

Gonna sell my unused classic. Buy a small van for work. Sell mazda and find a nice one. Or even a hawk eye.

I really don't understand these garages. Considering they say we are in a recession customer service doesn't exist.
I'm finding it hard to part ex the mazda. It's got all the toy's. Personally I think it looks great and sporty. Diesel and is excellent condition. May just keep it forget about a sti.
