Default 2 port or 3 port fpr?

Just wondering if I should go for a 2 or 3 port fpr?

I assume the 2 port would be easier to fit?

Is there any advantage to fitting a 3 port one?

Don't you have to be careful when buying a fpr that's a rising rate one?

aeromotive , fuelab etc are a good choice , most are rising rate ( provided they have vacuum ports topside etc ) but yes your right

you do get a lot of n/a based fpr's which are only rated to 4 / 5 bar ..... seen loads of garages fit these to cut costs etc and pass them as good..... and the diagphram fails very quickly , not all are ethanol / meth friendly either ....

3.5 bar static pressure plus you normal 0.5 vacuum on idle = 4 bar pressure .... plus say 1.5 bar boost makes you at 5.5 bar fuel pressure .... so an fpr thats rated up to the job helps....

Thanks for the replies guys, so I should fit a 3port for future proofing, and I should not buy a rising rate one?

Cheers guys, is it a simple job to fit? If using the standard hoses I take it it will need to go in the same place as the original?

Do the standard hoses allow any movement and fitting in a different position?
