Default Rear brakes

Just a quick one. Just changed my front calipers on my 95 wrx to 4 pots. Think my rear calipers are seized up so was wondering how much of a job is it to strip down and rebuild the calipers or should I just replace both rear calipers and be done with it?

Choices are imo
1: Refurb them yourself if you know how to
2:Get someone like Godpseed to do the job
3:Look for a refurb set on Ebay or any other marketplace

But first actually check the brakes rather than assume they're seized

It'll have the old slider calipers, if they are seized up they are cheap as chips to buy. I fitted some black panther discs and black diamond pads to mine which transformed them.
The other option is to fit later 2 pots on the back but thats a bit more ******* about.
Get yours off and cleaned up and go from there.

Im currently subaru'less but my last car had porsche 6 pots up front. I certainly wouldn't be putting the old slider calipers on the front of any impreza. God knows what subaru were thinking fitting those on all corners in the early days. They are ok on the back but not man enough for the front.

Yes mate. Just changed mine for 4 pots. Fu****g dangerous in my opinion are those sliders. Just got to get rear ones to work and should be onto a winner. Got a track day coming up early August and want it right as its on an old air field which means long straights!!!!!!!!
