Default sold the car

Sold the car today but i do miss it already . just cannot decide what car to buy now
wanted and set my heart on a lancer 2008 diesel but it will stretch me financial wise to buy the car and now not sure as itt will cost me around 7300
or do i go the easy option and buy something like ibiza 1.8t or tdi cupra 160

i not a lover of hatchback i like a car to have a boot saloon/coupe type but i wont say no to a hatch .

must be reliable and 45+ motorway mpg
dont even mention skoda the name makes me cringe even if they are good cars now its still got a skoda badge .

Im in the same boat mate. Looking for a new family car but cant make my mind up. Started off wanting an X5, then thought better and went on the hunt for a series 3 jeep grand cherokee. Then had a re-think and set my heart on a 530d but now thinking about an A6 3.0 tdi.

ye on the whole it was good. only one issue with a misfire which was common on the 1.4tsi but i blame vw for that one haha. but otherwise it was fine with decent build quality from a car at that level.

i have been looking at 530d as i use to have a 330d so wouldnt want 1 of them now.only worry is if something goes wrong as i know they have there faults but can be sorted early. swirl flaps, manifolds early model, common faults etc its just paying for it.
i also think the 5 series looks nice with some kit on it then the a6 although i love the audi from the front.

i use to have x type diesel which is amazing for the money , great car when mapped but a bit boring ,

its a hard life choosing a new car as i dont want to have to go through the hassle in selling it if i dont like it
