Default Going to look at this, opinions?

So I joined up a few weeks back as have been looking for an Impreza for a while now, was undecided between a UK 2000 classic and a UK Blob WRX. Seen this and emailed the seller with a few questions, and am going to go have a look, but am interested to see what people think before I go, or what I should look out for?

Thanks in advance.

What's a more realistic price? I was thinking that I wouldn't want to pay over 4k for it tbh, and the way it's priced looks like that's what the seller's after and he's expecting to get knocked back. I have seen some cheaper, but none in black

I was going to look at it this weekend but the seller has said he's got a few viewings during the week which, if true, makes my bargaining position a little weak unfortunately.

£4250 seems a fair price as you said (and we all know) that he will take around £4k in cash, whats yours budget? i could be tempted to sell mine as i want a classic impreza now

This is really the top end of my budget. Have taken account of insurance on top of this and really don't want to be paying more than 4k. What's yours? Got a link?

There are some Blue ones on eBay with 70k or so for 3.5-4k, I'm probably going to get slated here for saying this but I prefer the black ones to the classic Scooby blue!

Also, I know that modified cars can be ones to avoid, but some of the mods done to the one that I posted would be things that I would do (though would have done more before the re-map!) But the standard power of the UK WRX seems a little limited to me.

Very nice, though as I say, ideally I'm after a black one.Though this seems to be drastically limiting my search. But would all come down to price.
