Default New rad turned up today(japspeed)

My new rad came today and turns out it made by Japspeed, Good make?

Rad looks pretty simple,

Also how hard is it to fit an exhaust, there any guides or tricks on fitted them? Ive bought an 3inch turbo back(decatted) and looks a bitch to fit lol

Downpipe can be a PITA due to accessability - at least one nut you can only get to with a stubby spanner unless you remove the steering column iirc, but it can be done.

Make sure the system is stone cold and any heat will make the nuts tighter and increase the likelihood of rounding them off. Exhaust from the downpipe back is easy, about half a dozen bolts but just make sure you give them a good soaking in WD40 or Duck Oil before hand

IMO you probly need to get the downpipe/turbo bolts cherry red with a torch to get em off if its been on there a long time.
my downpipe is on and off so often now the nuts never get chance to rust lol.

I've done 3 or 4 now without heat, all at least 10 years old and original - I've rounded one nut in that time on a slightly warm car that was driven to me but I always have spare nuts and studs there just in case
