Default Do u know Any performance parts sites that do finance

Hi peeps I'm needing to inject about £3.000 in performance parts to the Scooby..
I need some coilovers
A bigger turbo
And a front mount intercooler

I can't find any sites that offer pay monthly for the parts I need

The only two I can find are driftworks ( they have nothing for me )
And demon tweaks ( they have coilovers but no turbos and only universal intercooler kits "hell no" )
I know scoobyworld used to do finance but when I fill my cart with the nice shiny parts it says finance is not available on these items

I would like to check back on here later and see a huge list of sites by the good members of Scoobynet..

Thanks guys n gals xxx GoML-STi xxx

I have a credit card with a £2.000 limit with a balance of £0 but don't have time to wait for a new card to arrive. I need these parts yesterday as I'm booked in with Andy f week after next

id imagine a loan would be cheaper than either a card or in store finance as they interest rate would lower.

Pay on your credit card after ringing up with a credit card increase to 3k
Apply for tesco or barclaycard which will take ten days
Balance transfer the 3k onto the card
Fee 3%
Pay back £250 a month interest free over 12 months
Should you not of sorted this put before booking a remap ?
Is the increase in performance worth £3000 and cost of remap ?
To get to from A to B quicker ?

I probably could increase my credit limit but as stated above I don't have the time to wait for a replacement card to arrive
A loan would be cheaper in the long run but to get a 3.000 loan I would need to borrow about 15.000 to pay off my existing loan so that's not an option either unfortunately

I have more debt than Greece lol

so you owe 15k and your thinking of borrowing another 3k to spend on car parts.
you must be mad as you obviously cant afford to do it.

save up and buy them, you will get far more satisfaction that way. i have done it over the past 3 or 4 years on my car.

I can afford to pay back my debts I have never missed a payment ever on anything. My problem is that when I decide I want something I want it now so I get a loan I just don't have the time to save up for anything

Why does the car need coilovers for a remap?

Increasing your credit card limit can be done over the phone. No change in card i believe. As as long as the bank clears it you should be good to buy straight your parts away. Hope that helps.

I don't have the card it's an old account that I paid off about 6 years ago. The account is still active but I would need to actually have a card to use it..

I need coilovers for the remap because if you fit new suspension you need a remap for it its a bloody Scooby

No problem
I'm pretty good with money
Credit card transfer aprox £90 so it's cheap way to finance then a instore loan
It's like car insurance a massive 10% surcharge for monthly payment
As pointed out above a phone call would take a few minutes and suggest
Increase to 5k incase you get excited in the future
Make sure you set up a direct debit for the minimum payment incase you go aboad again and
Miss one then the interests free rate would cease then you would have
Big problems !
Good luck telling your mates in the pub

Thanks again lordharding

And yes I'm quite aware the ecu doesn't control the suspension I was taking the **** like most do here on Scoobynet..

Obviously I don't need coilovers for the remap but I do want some so if I'm getting the needed parts on credit I may as well put the extra £1.000 for the coilovers onto that monthly payment also..

My friends are mostly vw freaks and they say I can't run my Scooby over 400bhp on its standard engine so yes I want to prove them wrong.. And if the engine does go bang I will take it out and rebuild it its not a hard thing to do when you have spend a small fortune on tools like I have
