Default Next stage?

Running a 03 STi at the mo making 429 bhp and wanting more power, current spec is

Wossner pistons
Manley rods
Nitrided V9 crank
ACL bearings
Uprated oil pump
Uprated fuel pump
SC46 billet
Perrin FMIC
TSL Full de cat and exhaust
TSL Tubular headers
RCM Cone
Lateral Performance injectors
Syvecs ECU (Mapped by JGM)

If i were to want 550 bhp what would you guys recommend i change in my spec? I know turbo will need to be changed but to what, GT35R?

Not wanting to run meth for ease of use.

Cheers

When mapping it would not flow any more.

Can you get your money back on that SC46 then, 42'S can flow more than that.

Can not see me getting any money back from clinic as they did not map it, i would rather move on and use another turbo if needed.

Hi there

What headstuds you are running/using? I assume you have fitted uprated ARP headstuds

If you are looking above 500bhp,I would go down the route of the Billet 30R .63AR,35R on 2.0L will be laggy

Second option is to run methanol or water methanol on your existing spec and I'm sure you will make nice numbers with that,I know is messy business but hp/LB-ft gains from methanol running is worth extra mess

Jura

Would like to think i can make 500 on v power so maybe a Billet 30R would do that? I know i will need rotated pipe work etc.

I like the idea of meth but not the hassle of it.

Yes I would think so you should make 500bhp+ on V-power on 30R without the problem

Have look on this

Yes you will need rotated pipework, speak to the Garry@G-R Performance about the rotated pipework,he will be doing rotated kits for good money and quality from him is just awesome
