Didn't you just buy these? Why you selling, did you think they'd fit on a 2.0?

This is what I was told. " they won't fit as you will have or can have higher CR which you don't really want when car is boosted or running turbo, plus chambers are different and you can end with mushroom style chambers and due to the head being of larger diameter, which would cause weird temperature problems.I think over on Nasioc you can find bit more information's on this

Not sure if you can CNC them and match them for EJ205/207,but this I never seen or not sure if this can be possible,I know few friends in US running EJ207 on EJ255/257,but I know for sure they CNC'd them and match them for 2.5"

Afaik, It's to do with, you will need a thick gasket as the Pistons may hit the heads and then your CR is all changed, the heads will be smaller port compared to block, more due to economy on the 2.5.
You don't see many folk using 2.5 heads on a 2.0 block. It's more the other way round which is a common choice.
Too much hasstle.

The 2.5 heads are a 55cc chamber suited to 99.5mm bores, so fitting to a 2.0 bore 92mm it will give a very low compression, not high as mentioned above, 2.0 heads are generally 48cc chambers, nothing to do with pistons hitting heads or head gasket thickness.
