a little more info would help, spec of car, as a lot of issues come from after market(Baileys DV) so if you have one of those we may say try a standard.

When you say really high revs what do you mean, 4K, 5K?

Did it happen suddenly, any other symptoms?

Could be MAF going/gone.
Could be a boost leak.
Could be a damaged turbo blade.
Could be Throttle valve.

Did it happen suddenly and had you altered anything just before?

Have you checked any codes that are stored? If not, do a search for how to and then report back.

Look for a split after the intercooler and before the throttle body. Or a loose, dislodged pipe somewhere.

Hi all checked all the pipes and now seem to have more boost but holds back sometimes at high revs, someone told me it might be air mass sensor?
