Default Cambelt advice please.

Hello, just wanted to know when the Cambelt should be done with regard to mileage, and also any idea as to the cost please. Thankyou.

My 2.5 MY07 RB320 is 5 years or 50k miles which ever comes first!

Check your service book..

most classics are 45K or 4 yrs..........depends on exact age as above

So a 54 plate, with 35,000 you could say is way overdue to its age?

Are Subaru engines non-interference (valves to piston)?
I looked on a website for a list of interference engines and Subaru were not listed.
Just wondering what happens if the belt actually breaks.

A nasty mess, unless you're very lucky. Chances are that pistons will meet valves.
