my friends car was nicked last month he has just gone to see it at the pound after it was recovered

it is pretty fooked to say the least after it was smashed through a hedge and it caught fire











broke in and stole the keys , my mate got a good glimpse of them and they were caught after the crash

They should be made to pay for the damage caused. No benefits until the sum is re-paid. If they work then an detachment of earnings order put on their wages. County court bailiffs seize all their possessions and auction them off.
Even if insurance pay, the criminals should have to pay back the insurance company's. This would go some way in lowering our premiums and maybe deter thieving scumbags.

To be honest if my car ever gets nicked I hope thats the state it ends up in... I'd hate for it to be found looking ''undamaged'' and I have to accept it back not knowing what hellish abuse it has been put through by the scumbag ******* who nicked it.

Unbelievable, like the comments about benefits being stopped till its paid for.

Watch the local boys walk passed looking at mine but thankfully never been touched, always leave the keys downstairs though cos I could never imagine waking up to some hoodie looking for my keys...........probably end up getting jailed for murder
