It cost me roughly,

£39 boat with Norfolkline return

€80 ish for 4 lap card

Hotel was £80 ish, was sharing with 2 others(highly recommend Jackies place)

Then fuel was 2 fill ups to get down then about 2 tanks on the track

I budgeted about £500-600 for the weekend. But take extra in case of the worst, speaking from experience it can get very expensive when it all goes wrong!

Speak to Anger on here, he goes a few times a year.

Yeah jackies place has secure garages you can use if you fancy as do most other hotels in the area. Just make sure you confirm they are vacant before turning up to not be disappointed.

The ring is a public road. Needs to be a road legal car when the ring is open to the public.

Check out Destination Nurburgring.

It's a closed track day at the ring with limited numbers,
£500 for the day (unlimited laps) so slicks are allowed - as are full out race cars providing you have a cage.

We stayed at Eddie Ring.s place near the half way cafe for €45 per night.
Ferry was £180 return from Newcastle.

I was getting 5 laps per tank - fuel is pricey locally.

Enjoy!

Ok that's great I'll have to look into that sounds the best option, either that or make a race car road legal!!!
