Default Lightweight flywheel to standard flywheel

Currently have a fidanza light weight flywheel fitted but also have a vibration noise on overrun. I've had a hint that it's the flywheel causing the noise so am thinking of going back to a standard one.
What's peoples thoughts on this, what will I notice to be different ?

What type of noise are we talking about Matt?
Is it one you can feel or just hear?

My LWFW and pink box clutch made a racket on overun as soon as I fitted it. Same on my other classic. It's due to the reduced harmonic dampening apparently and will vary on the flywheel and the extent to which your chassis is stiffened. I like the noise sounds broken but goes well for something that sounds fooked

It's just doing my head in now, sounds bloody awful and is loud from outside of the car.
My car is pretty stiff, didn't realize that would make any differene.

If fitting a standard flywheel will cure it then I'm happy to lose the benifit of a lightened one.

I'll have a chat with my mortgage company tomorrow and see if there's enough value in my house to cover an RCM flywheel

To an extent yes, particularly if you have solid pitchstop, solid prop bushes, solid gearbox mount, engine mounts and diff locked to the subframe and subframe locked to the chassis and additional outrigger bushes like me lol

It's defo flywheel related though and made better by a heavier wheel do a google search and you will find it's very common. Nasioc has a huge thread on the subject.
