Dump valve question.

Dump valve question.
Hi all,
quick question, my dump valve is not dumping. When driving and come off boost there is no atmospheric noise only a rally car noise which i presume is the pressure going back through the turbo and being chopped up air from the blades. Any ideas?
The only reason i can think off is that when i bought the car it has a hks induction system fitted, dont know if that would affect it. ( if any one has a standard one for a 2002 wrx i would be interested in a swap )
Thanks Lee

Cracking **** Steve.
I will keep saying it, but man you should win rear of the year! If you ever go to prison, your buggered!
Back on topic...... If you take the small vaccume pipe off the dump valve and rev the car with your thumb over the end of the flexible vaccume pipe you should be able to feel suction on the small pipe. If all ok, then your crappy aftermarket dump valve is knackered as suspected! Put the standard one back on!!!!!

Congratulations, you are the first with the Burberry reference, now let's wait and see who comes in with the usual 'impressing schoolgirls in McDonalds car park' routine and lets not forget the old 'chav' label.
