My GF got me a subscription for my birthday back in July and I only received my copy of July/August one last week - she chased them and the woman she spoke to hinted at a royal mail **** up. Let's hope the next one arrives on time!

Good mag that reads a lot better since they changed the editor - it had been too wordy and over punctuated. Just my opinion!

Like most them type mags its 50% adverts. But the other 50% is normaly a interesting informative read.

however i hate finding the odd little typo where they refer to Total Honda instead of Total Impreza

I waited quite a while for my July/August issue then I received this email:-

Good morning I write with an apology first and foremost and with an update to your order. We have been experiencing some mailing issues over the past 4 weeks. A batch of mail that we sent out has today been returned to us by Royal Mail due to us placing the wrong posting account code on the cover sheets (we recently changed the services we use with Royal Mail and an admin error meant this did not update on our system). So, in essence, there are some who should have received their order long before now and who have not had it. This issue dates back to 13th July and we are only finding out about it just now, the batch that has been returned is from that sent 4 weeks ago. But we have been advised all the other mailings since will also be returned. We have taken steps today, to re-issue all orders today by 1st class post and not wait for these other items to be returned to us. We have been under the impression that a few items only had gone missing in the royal mail system but it seems even replacements have not been arriving, for the reason stated above. We cannot apologise enough for this error, which was caused by our admin issues. If you have any questions for me please do not hesitate to let me know and I will be happy to answer them.
