You mean regarding fuel consumption or overall running costs...servicing etc.?

AUTO NA Supra's are awful! Manual are a little better if you get the one with the LSD and like abit of sideways action otherwise the scooby all the way I have had both.

Now a BPU twin turbo supra is a different story and my old one was cheaper to run than my current JDM Blob STi

forget the auto supra, if your going to get one, get the manual sz-r as you get the LSD diff then,
fuel wise the supra will be a dam sight more thirsty, mine drank like camel in a evian factory,
BUT

the supra looks mint (IMO)and stick a hks supperdrager system on,and the noise is purrrrrdy! plus dare i say the engine wil be more reliable, but less tunable

on a plus the 2jz gtt engine can drop right in, same loom just was ecu and ye ha!

hope that helps!

was quite chav looking back but i liked it as i was only 18 lol

oh i miss the sound of that engine!
dont laugh at the wheels, yes they were chrome, and yes they are now gay, but back in the day..... well i supose they were still quite gay back then lol but i liked them!

no not really, but there very dependant on how hard ur right foot is, and you generaly have to use the revs to get the power,

you will most definatly see a difference in power, on paper the bhp is not that different, but in reality the NA is a bit of a slouch

I miss my supra It started out as the 3litre non turbo with lsd and uk brake setup, I found it pretty fair on petrol to be honest, but then it was 4 years ago and petrol was cheaper, best thing I did was jam a 1jz engine into it with a few tweaks
I should imiagine these days a non turbo supra will be as expensive to run as a wrx.

Surely both should be run on v power being imports. Also from memory my old na manual used to drink, its a big lump in a big car. Compared to the impreza I would imagine they wouldn't be far off but I can't remember what I used to get from my supra as its never bothered me as if I like or want a car its one of the things you have to take on the chin.

My mate has a supra twinturbo that's been converted to a single t78 turbo full GReedy conversion with supporting mods running 600bhp and it's a huge grin factor machine!
Doesn't keep up with the scooby through the twisties though

I love Supra's the n/a really is for cruising and looking good, not a speed machine.

Said it all really
