Default AP 355mm Discs and Pads Needed

Hi All,

It has come to that dreaded time that I have to change my discs and pads.

They are the 355mm AP Racing floating discs for a 6 pot converstion + the pads.

Does anyone know the best place to get these at a resonable price?

Your help would be greatly appreciated...

Cheers

I'm afraid there isn't any where that not going to rock your wallet to the core mate,Godspeed brakes or Aztec performance are a couple of choices

Godspeed Brakes, I had a set of Ian's replacement rotors and EBC Orangestuff pads for £425 if I remember correctly for my AP's about three months ago.

CRN brakes have always been very good with prices. I got the 6 pot ap calipers and two part discs on mine. Brought the car with them on and not looking forward to replacing when worn. But must say the are wearing very well

If you go with Godspeed then you'll need a pair of their bells as they don't sell AP discs.
Try powerstation, from memory they quoted me £180 plus vat per disc.

I have odd brakes (scooby clinic 6 pots) that are a bit of a pain to get bits for. I sent off one of the rotors and they made a pair to fit my bells, might be worth a try if like Matty says their bells are different.

They are excellent rotors and very quiet for slotted discs, very happy with them

When I called you and enquired about a pair of 355mm AP discs I was told you didn't sell them. The option you (or colleague) gave me was to buy a pair of your discs and bells as your discs won't match my bells.

If you do infact sell them what do you charge ?

Sounds like a ploy to get a bigger sale if that was the case Matt!!

What we would of told you is that we don't make a 355mm disc to fit the AP bells , we can supply genuine AP discs , but it would have been CHEAPER to have our own 355mm discs and bells , so please Prodriverules keep your silly comments to yourself as that is most definitely NOT the case !

Another vote for Ian Godney. I'll be using him when I require decent discs and pads for the Impreza. Alcazar runs Ians 2-piece discs and having taken them apart for renewal time, they're a very good bit of kit, albeit smaller 335 (I think) discs. The bells are a work of art

Sorry Ian but that wasn't the case, I rang and asked if you sold AP discs as I currently use AP discs and bells. I was told you didn't but you could supply me with your own discs and bells.
Sorry but I don't want your own discs, very happy with AP discs and don't mind paying extra as I feel it's worth it.

How much do you charge for a pair please buddy ?
