Never had a problem before but recently (this month) bought something online then got an email a few days later (when i was wondering where the item had got to...) saying that they were waiting for stock.

No mention of being out of stock on the website, and no response to my email querying delivery timescales...... luckily it turned up within a week after that but communication would have helped.

Had quite a few bits from them and never had any trouble.

I think Scott is one of the mechanics there as he is the one that has done all the work on my car

Could try asking for Neil as he is the boss and service from him is usually top notch.

I have had a few things from them in the past, biggest down side to them is their delivery times, dont know why it takes them so long to dispatch something and get it to your door. But it does always get there in the end i suppose.

when i used them, i was not able to contact scoobyworld by email at all, only phone conversations..

they sent me newage mudflaps which i specifically ordered classic ones and when i finally got a replacement set send (to be fair, i got them to collect and deliver a set next day), they were missing bolts and washers all over the place!

it's kind of put me off using them tbh.

I had a very bad experience with Scoobyworld when a rattle developed in the back box of a afterburner exhaust I brought off them . The day before I was due at Scoobyclinic I noticed a rattle and just thought it would be a heat sheild but the guys at Scoobyclinic said it was coming from the exhaust so that day I went back to Scoobyworld for a replacement as it had lifetime warranty. They wanted to fit a different back box to my car which I didn't want it took 45 mins of arguing with the women on the desk and then the boss eventually they backed down and said they would fit the same .as I was outside having to cool down I noticed the mechanic fitting a different back box when I told him that was the wrong 1 he said his boss told him to fit it which led to me going back in kicking and screaming anyway eventually they fitted the afterburner but it was damaged couldn't be arsed to argue anymore so I left.. My advice is don't go there it was a utter nightmare for me as for the guy who left Scoobyworld I bumped into him a few weeks ago and he didn't have much good to say about them . Anyway I now ONLY go SCOOBYCLINIC where they have done excellent work on my car giving me awesome bhp and torque and a beastly 3"straight through exhaust .thanks to Kev and Adam for advice ,pat herbourne and beef for mapping and the rest of the guys for the good work done on my car !!!

That's good to know.

Have they sorted out a replacement for you or have you gone for a refund?

Either way hope you got an apology?

Yeah mike works for RCM now.

I spoke to Scoobyworld recently and they are on a 2 week holiday but this doesn't effect servicing I believe, must be running a Skelton staff. If you need to contact someone I got through on this number 01509 266440, the other number just goes to a voicemail.

I had the same problem with some mudflaps from them. I asked for newage 1s, but they sent classic 1s. I managed to get a next day collect and deliver service from them, but when the newage 1s arrived they had nuts, bolts and some washers missing. It took the best part of a week to get them to send me the missing items. Won't be using them again.
