Hi Keeran, after reading loads and people telling me different things, i understand that my flywheel should be skimmed or replaced to save the hassle of putting the car back together and there being probs! (Im not a mechanic) Once id spoken to Bob (Sorry he must have been really P***** with me on the phone) he convinced me to take the plunge with a lightened flywheel, which you supplied the alluminium one! 4.3kg! GLAD I DID!!! There were a few issues once my old flywheel was inspected.
Well, all i can say is WHOAH IM IMPRESSED! Car picks up really well! Feels just like the first time i put foot to metal in her!
My car hasnt got any major mods. Subaru obviously fitted these cars with mass production and general driving in mind.
THINK I NEED some other simple mods too! Any ideas?
CHEERS AND THANKS AGAIN TO AZTEC! I RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE!

What's your current car spec? Suspension and brakes is usually a good place to start with your model.
PM me your address details and telephone number so I can sort your invoice for you.

Lot's of mis-information out there regarding flywheels, usually from sellers of lightened OEM flywheels Glad you went with our recommendation and are feeling the benefits.

I agree with your statement above! One query tho - i understood i would lose some torque, or is that just another phallacy, i dont seem to notice, is that because engine pick up has become alot quicker? If not is it down to driving style?
My car spec is a Uk '99' turbo, uprated forge dump valve(Nothing major), Exedy clutch and allumin flywheel, some poly bushing, and non standard alloys (Believe off poss a bugeye) on falken rubber and 4" stainless cat back. On a private plate, oh and some ICE for the kids of course!
Currently looking at braces for front and rear!

No loss in torque, another one for the book of myths.
Less rotational mass will result in improved throttle response and acceleration. OEM specs are for the masses and covers a wide range of situations (like needing to toe a caravan).
I would fit some coilovers instead of braces. Uprated billet droplinks and ARB will also help stiffen things up. All depends on how far you want to go really, you may need to be careful not to go too stiff if you have young kids. MBC to up the boost, very cost effective.

Actually, my query was incorrect, especially given the above.
What are you invoicing for? Sending an invoice is a request for payment....
Surely your system isn't that poor that nobody gets a receipt. I live 5 minutes away from Revolution, and have a very healthy - or unhealthy if you asked my bank balance - load of receipts.
Hey-ho.

Our invoices for retail customers (as they are not trade "credit terms") are used instead of a receipt. An invoice is more thorough and can be used for VAT purposes if required. A till receipt is more basic (and we don't use tills for the reasons mention on previous post - ie we are a mail order company). Hope that helps

Yeah Aztec - just googled trolling.........it may be funny for some but as a noob i suppose you gotta take sarcastic comments and the like! it dont bother me! Hope trollers go on a site where i am more knowledgeable!
Im just on here to get useful knowledge and help, like everybody else! Sorry back on topic! Much obliged for your help, it didnt feel like id lost any torque just all round better performance, maybe next time make it lighter and do away with the flywheel altogether like F1 car!
My views on strut braces were that they resisted twisting movements in the chassis therefore making the stability of the car far better for handling if that makes sense. Surely coilovers will work to assist handling in a different way similar to just stiffening up the legs with harder springs?
Yes i dont want anything too lairy cos i take kids to school and this is my daily drive, but want something a little special for when im on my own!
