and car is totally not as described and missing parts,valuable parts
have spoke to seller and his response is tough do one.
is there any legal procedure i can follow

a supposed sti 4 fully forged motor but took out today and its a uk engine with std block
supposed to have 14mm headstuds and cosworth gaskets and yes, no sign of them.
fuel pressure reg anti roll bars are std and not upgraded like the description
so quite alot really and the apexi power fc went missing when car was loaded onto trailer so quite alot missing megga f****ed off

seller has to 3.30 to sort some cash out, as this is bang out of order
if it wasnt for the fact my wife is due to have a baby anytime now (already 5 days late)
i would of picked the car up but sent my little bro instead so i know the apexi was there.
i will be naming and shaming but would like the to give the seller a chance to do the right thing.car was collected sunday but only had a chance to look over it properly till today
