a few questions for you lot who know scoobs
what cc or colour are standard v5 sti injectors?
are oil catch cans worth having & why?
whats the best diff ratio to go with & what model are they from?
if fitting coilovers with 18's with 225/40's on will i need to remove front wing inner arch lining?---i want the arch to sit just above the tyre
is cleaning the injectors an easy effective diy job or is it a send away job?
thats all i can think of at the moment there will be more just having a mind block...my reason for these questions are i have had the car for over 2 years now i took it to santa pod once and ran a 13.1 and i have done nothing to her since then decided a couple of months ago i started to pull my finger out get the paint work sorted got the coilovers now gonna start having a play with it so any info is much appreciated
cheers

550 pinks I think
Catch cans collect oil vapours from the engine so you can dispose of it rather than it being burnt off through the intake system.
Diff ratio depends on what you want to do. 4.1 is an acceleration short ratio diff, 3.9 is taller so not so highly strung.
If you fit coilovers, just set the height to what you want.
Injectors need flow testing to sending them away is the way forward.

Yes, oil catch can stops oil vapour being circulated around the inlet system...as long as the catch can doesn’t choke the breather system.

Standard on the V5 STI are yellow and 440s. Deja vu?

I'm sure just as others have mentioned the standard injectors are yellow 440cc. I thought the pink injectors were on newage cars as standard. WIth your arches you are going to have to get them rolled. The other questions I don't know.
