When I was growing up, I was told that Less = More...

I think that someone should have had the same chat with this guy, it goes to show you that it doesn't matter how much money you have you can buy a bit a class!!

He use to claim it was 400bhp,not 399 or 403.it just happened to land at exactly 400.
I think a few weeks ago someone on here emailed him to ask if he had the dyno sheet.after that it was removed from the ad.

Already email him about this months ago.
He said do you know anything about scubbys as you couldn't afford one anyway!
Then threatened to come and beat me up lol.
To which i replied i was going to report him to ebay for such abuse.
Then got an apology with some story about being drunk.
Do a search the thread is on here somewhere

I emailed and asked if they have a rolling road print out (i'd like to think they have as it's listed as My Car) or remap docs to prove the bhp figure. With an induction kit, huge front mount and kakimoto exhaust you'd expect this to have been done... especially as the engine, gearbox and clutch have all been strengthened.

The reply.... if your interested in the car i can get this done for you!

See what they say to my reply to them that with the mods to the engine intake system and the strengthening work thats been carried out i'd have expected a remap and power figures that could be easily verified. The engine could have been running rich/lean if the remap wasn't carried out!

Time to sit back and wait....

hahaha after my last email asking what work was done and if had been mapped i get a reply of ''i don't pretend to be an expert on subaru's''.

According to the add it's his car and he's spent £10,000 on it. He can's say for certain it's bhp figure is right, can't say if it's been mapped and has no idea of the work done on the motor.

At least he answered though the other tube didn't bother...

Well he's still nibbling on the hook. Apparently he has over 100 cars in stock and has reciepts for over £10,000 for this one. He can't be too sure who's asking questions as there's lots of test pilots out there....

So the this is my car and i've spent 10K on it is obviously bollox. He is willing to put it on a rolling road though to check out the power figure! He still can't answer if it's had a remap after the induction kit, new turbo, intercooler and exhaust went on though.

So the add says

this is my vehicle - rubbish
I've spent 10K - rubbish, someone may have but it wasn't him
360bhp - wild stab in the dark

Still Vin and Paul like it
