Whats the deal here then?
It started a bugeye and he's changed the front end and the rear end?
Says HKS mushroom filter - doesn't look like it.
Super Sequential Valve - nope, looks like a forge item.
The catch is it's clearly dodgy.

give the guy a break, how do you know its dodgy??
its a bugeye thats had a full hawk conversion,
and a good one by the look of it even has the rear arch extensions and upper roof wing.
its tastefully done and in my opinion looks nice, maybe a bit of research into what engine it has but i suspect its a wrx due to having a 5 speed box and wrx steering wheel.
but has brembos simtek ecu etc.
if your interested email the guy then go and have a look,
after that red snow plough thing and the f anf f gold and black piece of crap in posts lately at least its a car that does scooby modifying some justice.
it be happy to drive it!
if you look at his feedback you can see he has been buying a lot of impreza parts on ebay to do the conversion.
scoobynet is getting full of people to quick to dismiss things lately.

Looks like a decent conversion to me, although it is white, not silver as the ad states. Alot of time and effort gone into it and somebody could stick a private plate on and be seen to be driving a rare white hawk for around £5k - £6k.

this has restored a little bit of faith in subaru owners, he has done a decent conversion and has put good mods on it i.e. brembos coilovers simtek ecu.
and has told you the power (320 bhp) and where and who mapped it.
no 420 bhp due to my k and n air filter ebay b*******.
he should be commended for this and not slated and called dodgy with no evidence.

So a WRX bugeye with parts added, and AFAIK Area52 are no-where near Manchester ?
And that's big money for a car that old... a mint STI might struggle to match that.

Not going to get 6k for this or anywhere near it !! does not matter how good the conversion is why or why do people put the wrong colour, the wrong this and the wrong that in there ebay descriptions ??!! surely they know there own car ??!!
sorry but guy has sold a few things from other cars ie. full type r interior and that in itself would put me right off- where did they all come from ?? not saying stolen but is obviously breaking cars as a hobby plus the fact that most conversions off this nature have been carried out on cars having cat c etc markers .
but again on the surface looks okay, and possibly the only hawkeye in the uk with bubbling rust on it already ?? !! oh sorry its not a hawkeye !!!

Such was the 'pukkaness' to its looks etc, I failed to even process the bloody year through my poor excuse of a brain!
As said, fair play to him/whoever for the conversion - looks great. At least that explains the price.
But as said, I think he'll be lucky to get that i.e. enthusiasts will 'know', and newbies will be put off (if they do their models research before hand).
