I am looking at upgrading my scoob but need to sale mine first, hoping some of you will give me a guide price. It's a 01-reg blob eye 2.0 GX on 91k. Dark blue, full subaru history apart from 90k service but still stamped by independent garage , cambelt change at 60k and new clutch at 70k, 4 new tyres, stainless backbox, sti front strut, otherwise completely standard. 6 months tax, 12 months MOT. Car is mint other than usual stonechips etc...

What sort of price could I get for this.

I do sorry, yeah mines a bugeye model, not sure why I wrote blob, thinks cause that's what I was looking at when writing this. Sorry mine is a bugeye

 

Anything from 1.500 to 1.700 pending on how mint it is. You would prob get nearer 2 if it was standard. I've seen a 03 model go for 1.800 Subarus don't sell well in this economic climate too thirsty and costly to insure, even a gx.

3 owners including me, others were 1 private and main dealer. I had it since may but new job paying more means I can afford a blob eye sti.

995 sounds really cheap, surely they can't of dropped that much ? Mind you Nick it has been about 8months since I last looked at prices, some of the very nice condition bug gx s I looked at were around 2.500 from traders and the private sale ones were anything from 1.250 (mica red) usually with around 95.000 on the clock, with more pop colours from 1.500 upwards the good ones nearer the 2 grand mark.
