Also it works as part of an overall suspension strategy not just a wonder part to bolt on

Bit like all the muppets that go right I have a scoob I must put coilovers on it with no feckin idea what the various suspension parts do and why and what to change

Works well with a fastroad/track set up with ARB's camber bolts etc and good geometry. I always opt for the black motorsport bushings as apart from the increased positive caster the less compliant bushing maintains this more effectively and I prefer the solidity.

I've got whiteline arb's, adjustable droplinks and will be adding coilovers soon. As I use the car for fast road/trackdays/nurburgring then an anti-lift kit would proberbly work well.

I had mine fitted at Powerstation along with their fast road geometry set up. The difference is instantly noticeable.

I had the Perrin ALK fitted, Perrin front & rear drop-links, front STi carbon alloy strut brace!
This was then done in conjunction with what I see as the main factor, a full GEO set-up at Chevron Motorsport with Simons 'sprint settings'!!!!

Edited to add: I also set the OE rear adjustabe ARB to the hardest setting!

Over all a massive improvement over standard (which was supposed to be Prodrive settings)
Although my annual GEO check is due soon & I may go a little more aggressive.....

Mine are fitted, but the car went to the bodyshop before I got the chance to properly test it, initial impressions were good though

I have the whiteline anti lift kit fitted along with cdf drop links and whiteline anti roll bar as well as Tein coilovers set up by carnetix. Cant really say i notice a difference as i bought the car a couple of weeks back with it all fitted. One thing i will say is that the steering isn't as responsive as id like. Its taking some getting used to compared to my Audi TT.

What settings did Simon put on yours mate? I know a few who have had his setup and rave about it but nobody seems to know what settings they've had LOL.

I've got Rose Jointed Droplinks, Front and Rear ARBs (22mm & 24mm respectively) coilovers, strut braces, camber adj bolts and full geometry setup.

Not sure of next mod but considering Anti-Lift kit.

I use it for track days and competitive sprints.

If you go for an ALK you really need another set up.

The ALK will be a good move if you compete in it.

I personally think the ALK is wrongly named as I think the anti drive improvement out weighs the lift capabilities, if you get my drift.

You can brake into round-abouts etc with added confidence as the car does not violently dip under braking.

great mod get it done!

Anti-lift kit.

Also get the bump steer done - huge difference in feel and precision at the front end.

IMO its a over priced mod, you can buy the polybush for the same place a lot cheaper and will still get the turn in as the bush is uprated, the difference in price will pay for a lot of other polly bushes that will make it even better.

Couldn't agree more with you,I was amazed at the improved response from the steering with ALK and bump steer correction fitted.
Well worth the investment of money.

Mine felt much nicer on heavily cambered roundabouts, when pushing on a bit...

I'm the same, Simon told e he set it up to his 'sprint settings'
Haven't got a clue what the settings are, but it works very well
