I would say and you won't like it but, whatever the cost of a running hawkeye of similar miles etc minus the cost of supplying and fitting an engine. Issue is most will want to pop a forged lump in it as its already out. So knock 4-5k for off the price and there is your answer, I would also hope it to be even a little cheaper as a recovery truck would be needed to pick up and drop off at s garage of my choice plus there will be odds and ends that are not on a replacement engine that will be needs like hoses, gaskets and seals etc so you may need to make it even cheaper as there coukd be a lot of ball ache in it. Just my opinion mate but what might bring the price up is the mods you have fitted to the car, especially the brakes

Yep, certainly looks like it!
Best thing to do here would be to put the engine the car needs into it, as you already have some of the ancilliaries required for a 450/450 conversion, which is very good indeed!

Does look clean etc but for someone to be interested would have to be a competitive price to make it worth while. I mean why spend say x amount on a shell + x amount on engine, odds and labour when for that total can get a complete unit else where and prices seem stupidly cheap at present.
Still would make one great track/time trial base car!

i agree with you scotty it is mint apart from the odd little mark. paintwork gleams. i have got loads of pics but seems pointless putting them up until somebody wants to see them.
the car has got a fair few bits on it and if iwas to to break it i would get a lot of money back.
nothing on the car is very old as i have had it six months parked in a garage.

No idea mate TBH, but with nice 07 STi hawks now easily going for 12k, even with the nice bits on the car, I'd personally be surprised if anyone gave you more than 8k for one without an engine.
It's probably a borderline scenario whereby it's not quite worth breaking the car for the nice bits, but what you'd actually get for it as it is, isn't worth a great deal more.
You're kinda comitted, I'd really see it though (if you can) if I were you.

thanks for that new scooby.
the money isnt the reason for not doing the car and nor is it doing all the work as i can do most of it myself. the issue is it will just sit in the garage week in week out and it will owe close to or more than £20000 when done, i can see other uses for that money, (like a good holiday lol)
back to the seriousness i realy dont know what to do, i am in the middle of having a 550 hp power engine built so this could be for sale aswell so could be a good deal for somebody who might want to buy it all, they would just need to buy the ancillaries like a clutch, turbo, uppipe and down pipe for the rotataed set up which i was going for.
