Default Holding back on boost?

Hi all,

I've just popped to the shops in the 04 wrx and noticed its holding back when I'm accelerating hard.

It's been running just under 1.5 bar and now its more like 1.1-1.2

I'm running a full decat not including the downpipe, green panel filter and a remap to suit.

Its been fine since the map a few months ago.

Any clues guys??

Cheers

Anything worth checking out? I've visually looked over the pipe work I can see but after that I'm at a loss.

The boost will naturally taper off at the top end of the revs due to the size of the turbo. What's the peak boost in 4th when accelerating from 2500 to 4500?

Try replacing the boost solenoid hoses, if there is even a pin ***** hole in one it can make for very hesitant boost. These are located from the Boost solenoid (attached to drivers side strut) and lead back to the turbo via a couple of T- pieces. I think the pipe is 3mm vacuum hose.

That would tend to lead to overboost rather than not making target.
