As above.

From scoobyclinic's billet turbo thread

Hi,

talk about eat my words.

earlier I said that rotated turbo's will probably be laggy on the 2.1 strokers.

Just tried a GT 30 Billet on a 2.1 stroker with a 20% meth mix and V power it made 623.9 BHP and 570 ft-lbs of torque.

spool was amazing, 1 bar at 4000 rpm, 2 bar at 4400 and 2.2 bar at 4600 and remember it would be much quicker to spool on the road.

Pity it got stuck in 5th at the scooby shootout yesterday.

graphs to follow.

We have seen 567bhp and 560lbft from a 2.1 equipped with stock heads and cams using a stock GT35R .63. Details are on the graph below.

Following this we built another of the same spec which duplicated the Vpower figures of 530/500.
We have also just rebuilt the one above using modified heads, cams and a Billet 35R and made well over 600 on Vpower. The graph below is at 1.9 bar boost, 2.3 bar made 664.7bhp.

Original build was using our Wiseco piston and K1 rod combo, the new engine has our very special Cosworth pistons and Cosworth rods.

There is of course a third option re head studs, the Cosworth 11mm 260,000 psi extra high tensile version. I believe Madhammer uses these in his drag motor.

Having a rare day off today, so I will answer the price enquiry tomorrow. As for power level, they seem to be coping in Clives, so I suspect 600bhp would be ok.

As approved Cosworth main agents we are rarely beaten on price.
Alans in the office today if you need to know now, give him a call.
