Walbro fuel pump, panel air filter, uprated injectors, front mount intercooler then Ecutek remap should see WRX's safely off without breaking the bank.

Full de-cat exhaust, decent panel filter, 3 port boost solenoid, fuel pump and a decent mapping session. Probably won't quite see 360 but won't be far off buddy.
I'm sure one of the experts will confirm this.

You won't need injectors or front mount.

agreed - tmic and injectors are good for 400-420bhp

but you will be pushing the vf35 turbo pretty hard at 360bhp...

Hi matey with your turbo you will never see 360bhp,you will need at least VF43-VF48 or TD05-18G or 20G
But as above 3port boost solenoid and Full decated exhaust, your walbro pump will be OK,but you will see,new cost around £70-£100,panel filter.
If you are going on track,i would recommend FMIC and Oil cooler,Cosworth Baffled Sump will be good addition.
For remap, you have two option like OS or EcuTek,OS is cheaper option with same results and some mappers are mobile.

Hence a big front mount, bigger power with less boost!

i am looking at going to 400bhp in the future. I already have uprated fuelpump and 3 port boost solenoid. my plans are:

3" exhaust - £400
SC40 turbo - £1000
Fuel pressure regulator - £100
Remap - £600

based on the fact that will get me to 400bhp, you can see that getting you up to 360bhp will not require a new fmic or injectors

You will be OK with standard injectors, but mostly your injectors will be 100% IDC,i would recommend ad to your list FPR.

400 is a good number, because the airbox, tmic, and injectors are rated at around 420bhp, and internals around 450bhp.

400bhp is nice and safe without spending mega-bucks!!!

OP, it's really only the turbo holding you back. Do the bits I said in my earlier post and then save a bit more for a turbo.

Just be mindful that the turbo will be insanely hot and top mount cooking like an egg. Dangerous for the engine. I know a few peeps running TMIC on 400+ and they always let the engine cool down after a few mins blasting.

Front mount and uprated injectors bring power, sustained sprinting and bags of insurance for little outlay

Yes as above STi injectors,FMIC and turbos which i suggest before will be optimum.
Because if you have just WRX,for full potential of STi TMIC you will need also undertray and STi scoop, due this i would suggest FMIC is cheaper option and will keep your engine in safe.

FMIC is a must for me because its only gonna get used for hard driving every couple of weeks, i've priced up a hybrid one from someone of here
