Hi guys,

Just took the factory double din unit out in order to put in a single din unit but seems to be quite difficult.

Where do i mount the cage?
Do have to cut into the standard surround as it seems to be narrower then my aftermarket unit?

Sorry i havent tried to search for a guide but cnt seem to find one.

Can anyone please shed some light onto this for me?

does your double din have the bracckets attached if so unscrew them and attach to single din what year is your car

I own a 2006 Hawkeye Sti, Just had a quick read of the thread above.

It all makes sense now lol, will go and fit it up now.

Just watch your radio reception might be crap you have too join the power antenna wire blue one to the blue one on the iso adaptor it boosts the signal
