wheel fitment/clearance question peeps

hi guys

i have been offered a set of wheels,but i would just ike to check fitment for my 2008 sti

the wheels are

7.5 x 18"

5x114.3

ET 45

also,will these wheels be ok to fit 245 diameter tyres ???

my main concern was the clearance of the brembo caliper's,but i think that these wheels are exactly the same spec(fitment et/size etc)as the rota gra ????
