Catalunya 021
I use to own the above car and just wondered if any one on here has got it. I had it for two years and was in great condition before I sold it to a guy local to me and I know he sold it on a while ago.

I am starting to get a bit of an Impreza itch again and have returned to the forum to have a look around! My job has changed and I now do more mileage though, so am trying to research LPG conversions.
Regarding Catalunya 21, I always ran it with my private plate, but it returned to R447 BBK when I sold it in March 2010. It went to a supposed enthusiast who was going to return it completely to standard and then show it. He appeared fairly loaded and reckoned he was toying with the idea of buying and fitting the cherished reg 'Cat21'.
DVLA no longer shows a record of either plate, but I would like to think the car is in good hands.
Have you still got yours?

Hi Nick
Yeh have still got mine, just always looking around. I did hear you had left the school, so your having to do a few miles now? There is some one in St Austell that has had a LPG coversion on a classic, which I know after they had ran it for a year had had no problems with it. Its the blue classic with Lewis Massage on it if you ever see it.

I do supply and tutoring now. I saw the Lewis massage classes at hillside in Polgooth a while ago and noticed the LPG cap on the body. Do you know if it's a turbo? I am keeping a casual eye out for a bug or a blob if you see any locally...

Yeh its a turbo, just a standard UK turbo 2000 I think. You should be able to pick up a bargain Bug now but you don't get much choice down here and always end up paying a bit more for them in my opinion.

Hi Russ, have you seen what's appeared on ebay? Same owner I sold it to. Pretty optimistic with the price if you ask me! Good to see the old girl is still looking tidy though. Shame he binned the spoiler on the back end. Still running my boost gauge, your exhaust, brakes and alloys I see. You still got yours?
