Rob, i'm currently running a bit more power than you but i have the following, recently done. Hope this helps mate.

Subaru genuine oil filter,
Green pannel air filter,
ngk 7 plugs,
silkolene pro s 10w-50 oil,
Cosworth timing belt,
QH ancillary belts (a/c, alternator)
Motul dot 4 brake fluid,
BMW antifreeze.

Bug 2002 WRX @52k miles.

cheers mate, i was thinking of the Green panel filter too, is the 10w/50 semi or fully synthetic, gonna do the service myself instead of the mega amounts garages charge these days. ...would a fuel filter be worthwhile too

The oil is fully synth yeah. Got it from opie oils.
The fuel filter from Subaru is peanuts, and really easy to change so i'd say yeah, chuck a new one on too buddy

your '125'th post is a bit sarcastic lol i know what is needed in a service, im after some recomendations for which items would be best, there are a few different choices when it comes to oil, panel filter etc which some are better than others
