I used to do this for a living LOL.........statistically the pain and discomfort peaks at 16 hours after the tooth has been removed
Just milk it for longer

I had my lower wisdom teeth pulled out when I was 27 after years of trouble. They were only slightly impacted but caused repeated infections and a bit of pain as they pushed my teeth fwd.
Having them pulled out was a massive relief. It was with a local and took just a few seconds. Easy peasy. Was literally an in-and-out job.

I had two done at once with a local. They did hurt for ages after.
the worst thing was that they had to cut part of the gum away, and stitched it. When I went to have the stitches removed, the useless B******s left on in
A week later, my breath was so bad no-one could approach me. Of course, it had gone septic and I had to have a two week course of antibiotics too. Wnakers!
