Am I mad or what!!!!?
Hi peeps,I have a very tidy 98 uk classic that I have had for over 18 months with no probs whatsoever. It passed the mot last week without even an advisory, however the "swap car demons" have reared their heads and I am looking at an "x" plate Lexus is200,hence the title,am I mad. Help/thoughts appreciated, cheers!!!!!!!!

if you get a low mileage sport model in a nice colour or the aerodeck model, the is200 is great on the motorway i own a 50 000 mile areodeck packaged car, i love it i also have my subaru still which is a 320bhp car and im afraid all that does it for me is the speed, handling and sound apart from that nothing else
seriously if its a good scoob with no probs keep it,, very hard to find,,, BUT when you come to sell the scoob for cash then forget it unless you put it on really CHEAP, the fact is they are very hard to sell for the money you want and you WILL get loads of timewasters/tyrekickers potless people and randoms asking to swap for quads and older knackers
to summarise is200 sport with low miles or an aerodeck, if not just keep your subaru

Dont get me wrong if you said it was unreliable and you were continually throwing money at it,and decided to buy an evo 5 , instead, then i could see where your coming from. But having owned a lexus for 3 weeks(only as a part exchange car Y reg), what sort of reaction did you think you were going to get posting that question on the worlds biggest subaru forum.
Any way its your decision as they say, still cant believe you've considered it
