Hmm I'll keep an eye out for it wrapped round any lamp posts at the end of the day there is a reason young drivers have expensive insurance and the advertiser is implying that you drive it illegally by registering it as a 1600

"....In the log book the it is down as a 2.0lx. This car can still be insured as a 1.6lx or a 2ltr non turbo ...."

...until you try to claim on your insurance, and then realise you haven't actually got any, because you lied to the Insurance company...

I've emailed the seller asking what kind of ECU it's running (to go with the straight-through exhaust and FMIC). This should be interesting

Decent paint requires decent prep. Hope he's better under the bonnet.

As someone that works in insurance claims, I can assure you the unfortunate buyer would be in bother if they insured this as a "1.6"!! Although of course we really don't know if it has been converted in the way the ad describes!
