hi ,
ive had my wrx remapped to 276 bhp and 330 ft torque,
love it now but cant stop it ,i have grooved front discs,
could you recommend what pads to use bearing in mind my wife drives,
it to town and back 1 mile .
pads which are on it smoke baddly,
appreciate your opinions

Ferodo DS2500 will make a substantial difference if you want to retain the original calipers.
If you go for Brembos, you may have to change your wheels as some Subaru fitments do not clear them.
A decent set of discs DS2500 pads, DOT 5 fluid and braided hoses will tidy braking up nicely

Waiting for my 8 pot ksports with ds2500's. Can't wait. People always say spend on brakes but there's always that nag in the back of your mind. I'm not sure what it is. I've been so focused on enhancing forward motion that anything that takes away speed seems wrong. We'll see.

You could get £150+ for your existing breaks, add to that the cost of some pads and you're well on your way to some K-Sports! They fit behind my standard 04 WRX alloys when I still had them, i'm sure they'd be able to tell you if they would fit yours
