Bloody Golfs.....
#1
Driving home yesterday down an unmarked county road a Golf smashed my WRX's wing mirror :-(
I was only going about 40mph, but as we got close he/she swerved slightly and clipped me. Pissed me off no end, the wing mirror still works - goes in and out, but now there is no mirror, and the outside of it is smashed.A new house means that I am really skint so a stick-on mirror and some black tape will have to do for the moment.
Does anyone know where I can get a new one or breaker yards that might have one?
Cheers
Richard

No I did not get the Reg No. it was dark and I guess as we were both on an unmarked road it would be hard to prove anyway - I will know better next time and drive in the bloody hedge!!
Darren,
Thanks for the number

Bad news m8. I would report what you know to the police for what effort it takes for two reasons:-
1 If you see this golf again you can do something about it!
2 If the golf driver report it and have or get your details then your in the ****!! Possibly may cost you points like a mate of mine - same problem as yours he got done for failing to stop and failing to report the accident
From memory I believe he got big fine and eight points - cruel world!
Perhaps other users may know more about this than myself.
