Default anyone using a fuel cooler.?

anyone using a fuel cooler or have any experience in using them and kno if theres and advantages.? also can a normal oil cooler be used as a fuel cooler or are they different.

Oil coolers are subject to double the pressure a fuel system will max out at....

So yes you could, but would you do it to a road car, is a matter of insurance.

Most big power cars (drag spec ) have tiny fuel cells, so the fuel gets hot, this necessitates having a cooler.

IMHO.

Not sure it would make any difference on a "normal road car"....... gas density changes rapidly with temp (Ideal Gas Law) so there is very good sense in keeping the charge cool. The dentity of fuel does not change so much so I wouldn't think it much of an issue. You need the fuel to be of a certain temp to atomise efficiently anyway..
