Default Insurance Recommendations?

Hey Any and all, first time posting so here goes

Basically I'm a 22 Yo male driver, just bought a CS400 (yeah I know :P), it's all to be registered in my name, at my address etc (all above board), and was wondering if there is any suggestions to cheaper insurance companies (private brokers etc?), and any bad experiences that have been had. Last couple years I have been driving a Hirsch'd Saab v6 aero which was on insurance from Tesco for about 2.5k p.a. I know this is a fairly common and have looked through forum with search function, and latest one was a couple years ago. Sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forums etc, and cheers for any help.

Laza

50k group 20 car, 22 years old, 5k fully comp? it wont be cheap, put it that way, you may not get insured at all or it may just cost a fortune
Always when buying a car, get an insurance quote first.

Get your rich Daddy to sort your Insurance out

Honestly, you buy a £50k car without sorting Insurance? Yeah right ......

Pull the other one - it makes a better jingle

Welcome to SN, by the way

Well hard to get insurance when the car had not been released yet, therefore its not listed on any lists anywhere :/ , including NCAP etc. Wasn't expecting it to be cheap, as the Saab was group 20/21, but as always just as cheap as possible is better

Hah, yeah well maybe it's my own money? Some luck and financial planning to get it. Everything for the car has come from my own pocket, all of which I've earned from my job.

Couldn't get a quote as the car was not built, even a prototype until recently, and now there are pics on EVO mag, I've borrowed that reg plate number to use the same v5 stats etc. Thus me now looking at insurance and asking in here

Work as a Graduate Systems Support Anaylist, for Fidessa (www.fidessa.com), But the key thing is I have extremly low outgoings since just getting out of Uni, so living at mums house, (she's abroad 2 weeks every month on business but still pays all the bills ), and decided it was time to get my self a car, saw what I can afford monthly for finance, gained the OK go from finance company and here I am

Got a quote of admiral multicar with me and my mums car, so both fully comp on each, each gaining NCB on each car. me with 0 NCB (due to being a named driver previously ) and got quoted 2.4k P.A. Also waiting for a quote from Moley, and see what that comes out as.
