Distress flare
Has anyone got a picture of one in situ?
No real reason for wanting one, just that I've never seen one!

My Type R still has its flare in situ, my Spec C had one too, there are different classifications for flares, these ones are not classed high as they are a strike n drop type and not one that is propelled upwards.

What? Told by an imbecile!
Theyre like a roman candle - you light them and drop them on the floor, using them as you would a warning triangle.
