Looks lots of car for little money!
Means its had a 2.5 conversion. Its a 2.5 litre now not 2.0 litre.
Would check who did the build, in the hope it was done by a specialist. If it was DIY then its risky, as you wont really know if corners were cut ect.

Think iv heard of Scoobytechniks, but had no experience with them so couldnt possibly say anything about them.
I would say its had a whole block from a 2.5. Iirc you need to find out if a WRX or STI block was used as strength wise they are very different.
But it does look a very nice car, alot of money has gone into that spec.

It bothers me why sellers don't actually try to 'sell' their cars properly.
Given a good advert, decent photo's and necessary background info, cars like this may sell easier rather than keeping sellers wondering?
