cant leave a trader score.....help

Default cant leave a trader score.....help
im trying to give someone a trader scoreing for something that i sold in the general for sale section. i click on the score number and it says i do not have access to this.

how can i leave trader score for him please.

How long ago was the sale, might have a time limit.

I've tried clicking on both trader scores above and it won't allow me either.
Also tried on others in my PM's but it won't allow that either.
Deffinitely a temporary forum problem.

Its the same with me, I have started a thread in the admin/bug section. I tried to do the same this afternoon.
