Pics of my new car.
here is what i am buying, my new type R
Lovely looking car with lots of hidden extras. I should take ownership of it next week when the reg transfer has gone through.
But look what the journey to Cornwall did to my previously clean car
But it was worth it.

Was your classic a UK turbo, wrx or sti? You may miss the torque as well. The Honda is a good looking car though, nice.

Its got Tananbe Sustec PRO Coilovers from Funky Power so it should be no problem. This is what the info says .......
SUSTEC PRO S-0C is for those who desire both high performance and maximum comfort from a suspension system. S-0C is ideal for performance or street applications.
Dispelling a popular belief that a firm or harsh ride is a sign of a performance suspension, the short stroke, shortened case dampener of the S-0C is extremely unique in that its internal construction allows it to deliver superior handling without sacrificing strength or ride comfort.
Unique double-cylinder design allows for full suspension stroke within the shortened shock body while Low-pressure gasses ensure smooth rebound characteristics for additional ride comfort.
It was a lovely ride and stuck to the road like glue
If i use the v-tech then i will use the fuel but otherwise it will be more econimical than mine.
Dan,my scoob is only a (limited Edition) sport btw

it is fine having them wound down nice and low but that upstes the handling.just needs coming up a fraction.have coilovers on the mrs and spent days winding them up and down to get it right for our crappy roads.

It sounded a bit derogatory and having avoided Vtec i wouldn't really know what I'm on about. All that ragging the engine to get it to work doesn't sound like my COT.
The wife however wants an Accord Type R so we may yet have VTec kicking in sometime soon

Blame the rock hard suspension, blame the electric steering that locks up at slow speed in car parks, blame the lack of torque that sees you in the wrong gear and overtaken by diesels day in and day out, blame the look of utter disdain from the other driver when you have to rev it at 6k behind a saab convertible just to be in the right zone to overtake
They are better on the track
p.s. blame it on the boogie
