fitting aftermarket stereo to wrx 2005
hi all im having bad problems fitting my dvd player in car i got old stereo out fine i brought a GENUINE SUBARU DIN POCKET how do these fit?
they dont go inwards or outwards and they just drop in middle console

If I remember correctly, all you need to do is screw the Subaru Din pocket to the brackets that were attached to the old stereo, which should have gone back onto the new stereo.

Hi, if it fits anything like my aftermarket AutoLeads one, then you use the fitting brackets from the old stereo to mount both the new stereo and whatever you are using to plug the single din gap.
