just had a n/s/f wishbone changed after hitting the kerb on the ice now it it makes a winning noise anybody got any ideas thanks.

Taking an educated guess, I would imagine that any impact forceful enough to need a wishbone replacing might also have done some damage to the wheel-bearings, some part of the brakes, or even the CV joint. Obviously you'd want to check that there's nothing out of place fouling on the wheel or disc, before ordering new parts or having work done.
