i am just going with andy,s stage 3 i got a afp20g today so i will just stick with that for now but my main reason for asking was can the standard airbox take the power of the 20g and also my headers is i get them ported

If you want 360 -390 hp then Andys list is very cost effective.
If you want more power then the sky is the limit but your wallet isn't.

Starting again, what power do you want or how much money do you want to spend?

in all honesty mate if i could get the 390 then i would be happy with that buy going on andys list but a would rsther save were i can ie. standard air box /ported headers and heat wraped
